The certificate may be used for/toward any service the recipient chooses, e.g., individual therapy, couples counseling (pre-marital or marital), family therapy or group seminars. PROCESS: When the purchase is complete, the gift-giver will receive (1) a sales receipt and (2) a voucher (with a code) in the amount of the purchase. When the recipient is ready to schedule an appointment, he/she will be offered a complimentary brief consultation, where questions will be answered and a degree of rapport will be established. An appointment will be scheduled at the recipient's convenience.
